¿Por qué la investigación aplicada en Comportamiento Organizacional/Gestión de Recursos Humanos es importante para mí?
A través de la investigación aplicada pretendo identificar retos y (en el mejor de los casos 😉) encontrar una solución para los problemas inmediatos a los que se enfrentan las organizaciones. Esto es muy importante para mí, ya que considero que la gestión de recursos humanos basada en evidencia (evidence-based HRM) como una de las piedras fundamentales de una organización.
En resumen, la gestión de RR.HH. basada en evidencia se refiere al proceso en el que la organización evalúa cualquier decisión o procedimiento en función de los datos, la experiencia real, las opiniones de los expertos y/u otro tipo de información para garantizar que la decisión tenga el resultado deseado. La gestión basada en evidencia reduce los errores de juicio. Un enfoque de gestión basado en pruebas reduce las posibilidades de que el pensamiento irracional, prejuicios o agotamiento influyan negativamente en las decisiones de gestión.

Además, me siento honrada de presentar varios seminarios virtuales sobre Nuevas Maneras de Trabajar e Internacionalización/Gestión Intercultural para un proyecto llevado a cabo por Kärntner Wirtschaftsförderungsfonds y Trigon Consulting en Carintia, Austria.
Moderadora de Eventos y Conferencias
En los últimos años me he sentido honrada de acompañar a más de mil personas como moderadora en eventos de diferente tamaño (20-450 personas) para organizaciones como la OeAD (Austrian agency for international mobility and cooperation in education, science and research), FHWien der WKW, IACCM–IESEG Conference, SIETAR Austria, SIETAR Spain y varios eventos online para SIETAR Europa.
