What I care most about? Helping organizations become places where people feel seen, where leadership is human, and where innovation can happen – without burning anyone out.

Since 2010, I have been very involved with the intercultural community across the globe, not only as a researcher or professional, but also as a volunteer virtual team leader and team member over the past 10 years. As president of SIETAR Austria, head of communication and head of academic committee for SIETAR Europa, I was able to discover – develop – learn – share virtual team skills and I am deeply thankful for these experiences.
